A one bedroom, budget priced apartment in Madeira. Our recently acquired Funchal holiday apartment, situated immediately adjacent to "Quinta Elena" will sleep up to 3 people with the use of bed settee, and this may be rented on its own or taken in conjunction with the main house. The two properties together would present a perfect holiday opportunity for grandparents or family friends to join your Madeira self catering holiday, whilst maintaining some independence and would accommodate up to 9 people in all.
The accommodation of the holiday apartment includes a brand new kitchen with gas cooker and extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave and a breakfast table, while the spacious sitting room has a large bed settee, dining table, chairs and colour TV.
Broadband internet access, by ethernet cable is additionally available for €15 per week.
There is a refurbished and redecorated bathroom with bath (shower over), wash basin and wc.
The bedroom has a standard size double bed and plenty of space of hanging and storing clothes.
Outside there is a sunny entrance to the apartment with a little breakfast table and two chairs. There is also small covered area containing a washing machine and clothes lines.
