Our Maderian housekeeper, Emily Flores, takes good care of our house and garden in our absence
and she will be available to greet you when you arrive at "Quinta Elena".
As part of our package you will be met at the Airport, and taken to the house
(a drive of some 20-25 minutes), where Emily will give you a brief tour and deal with any relevant points.
Upon arrival for your Madeira island holiday, you will find a 'Welcome Basket' awaiting you with milk, sugar, tea and coffee
but additional goods can be purchased for you by arrangement, if you wish.
A Welcome /Information Folder is available in the house which gives property details and also ideas for your visit.
Our housekeeper is at the end of telephone if you should encounter any problems and, if you are staying more than one
week, a linen change will be arranged and basic clean will take place.
During your stay the maid will come in twice a week in dry spells, to water the garden and, if necessary,
the plant pots on the terraces.
Now, how about a nice cup of tea before unpacking your suitcase and then a quiet stroll on the terrace?
